Day 02: Arrive Amman, Jordan
Marhaba! Upon arrival at Amman International Airport in Jordan, you will be met by your tour leader and our local representative, who will provide a welcome and assist with transfer to the Kempinski Hotel or similar.
After check-in at the hotel, receive a tour orientation where you will be briefed on your program ahead and introduced to your Guide who will be with you throughout your visit of Jordan.
The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 03: Amman

Enjoy your buffet breakfast and depart for your morning tour of Amman visiting the Roman Theater, the Citadel, the Archaeology and the Folklore Museums, old and modern Amman, and one of the many art galleries in this capital city.

Day 04: Amman

After enjoying your buffet breakfast, drive down to the lowest spot on Earth - the Dead Sea. Due to the hypersalination of the water, one can float with ease in the Dead Sea; in fact, it's nearly impossible to sink!
Continue northwards to Pella in the Jordan Valley. Pella is one of the most ancient sites in Jordan. Continue to Um Qais, Gedara of the Bible, for a spectacular view of the Sea of Galilee, the Yarmouk River and the Golan Heights. Return in the late afternoon to Amman. Day 05: Amman

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then depart for a late morning tour of Jerash (Gerasa), the best preserved city of Roman times to visit historical attractions.
In the ancient hippodrome of Jerash, one can witness chariot races and gladiators in full regalia clash. Then continue to Ajiloun to tour the 12th century Saracen Castle built by one of Saladin's lieutenants in the campaign against the Crusaders. Overnight in Amman | Meals: Breakfast

Day 06: Amman - Petra - Madaba

Today after breakfast, check-out and drive southwards along the King's Way to Petra, visiting Madaba which is known for its 6th century mosaic map of the Holy Land in the Greek Orhodox church of St. George and its Mosaic School, Mt. Nebo and the alleged burial site of Moses overlooking the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley. Mt. Nebo.
Then drive through the magnificent scenery of Wadi Mujib to Kerak to visit the Crusader Castle. Check-in to your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. |

Day 07: Petra
The Siq

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and get ready to experience a full day of visiting the beautiful sights of Petra.
This city was carved into the rose-red Sharah Mountains by the Nabateans and lost to civilization until rediscovered by the Swiss Burkhardt. Walk through the Siq, a narrow and winding fissure between the cliffs to reach the Treasury, the Roman Theater, the Courts, Qasr Bint Faraoun, Temple of the Winged Lion and other monuments. Day 08: Wadi Rum-Amman

Start the morning with breakfast at your hotel. Today visit the Wadi Rum Desert (with a short ride in a 4x4 vehicle) and its awesome moon-like landscape, where the film "Lawrence of Arabia" was shot.
Wadi Rum is also known as the Valley of the Moon. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wadi Rum is home to the Zalabieh tribe, who developed eco-adventure tourism and services throughout the protected area. If time permits, a short visit to Aqaba is next which is Jordan's only sea port city. Aqaba's location next to Wadi Rum and Petra has turned it into a famous tourism attraction.
